How Workshop Atlas handles website requests and email correspondence.

Effective Date:

Workshop Atlas is an editorial brand operated by Kravets Bohdan Hennadiiovych, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy enquiries and requests: [email protected].

What the site does

Workshop Atlas is a static editorial website. It has no visitor accounts, submission forms, newsletter sign-up, payments, comments or website database. You can contact the operator by email. The website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels or active affiliate tracking.

Cookies and service protection

Depending on the features enabled for this website, Cloudflare may use technical cookies to protect the service, manage challenges or maintain security-related sessions. This is separate from advertising and analytics cookies.

Your device

The navigation script runs in your browser to open and close the mobile menu. It does not store a profile, use browser storage or transmit events. Images and styles are served from the site itself; no external font service is used.

Website hosting

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and delivers its pages and assets. When the website is hosted, Cloudflare processes website requests, which can include IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for its privacy practices.

External references

Source links lead to third-party documentation. Following one leaves this site and makes a request to that provider, which has its own privacy practices. External links use a no-referrer relationship where configured. No third-party document is embedded into the site.

Email correspondence

For privacy questions, email [email protected]. Email sent to this address is received by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to the editorial inbox hosted by Gmail. The information processed can include your email address, name if supplied, message content, attachments and email delivery information. Cloudflare and Google process this information for delivery and storage. The operator reviews correspondence to respond to enquiries, consider corrections and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Purposes and legal bases

Correspondence is processed to respond to enquiries, assess factual corrections and handle requests about personal information. Website request information is processed to deliver pages and protect the service. For processing necessary to respond to enquiries, assess corrections and protect the service, the operator relies on legitimate interests only where the individual’s fundamental rights and freedoms do not override those interests. Handling a privacy request relies on a legal obligation where such an obligation applies. Where consent is required and obtained, processing relies on that consent; sending an email is not treated as blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Storage and retention

Correspondence is stored in Gmail. Ordinary email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry is closed or the last substantive reply, whichever occurs later. The operator manually reviews Gmail each month and deletes correspondence whose retention period has expired. Deletion is manual, not an automatic process triggered on the expiry date.

Correspondence may be retained for longer while an enquiry remains active, where a specific legal retention obligation applies, or where it is necessary to resolve a dispute. These exceptions do not mean that all correspondence is kept indefinitely.

You can request access, correction or deletion through [email protected]. Applicable legal conditions, exceptions and mandatory deadlines govern how a request is handled. Removing correspondence from Gmail does not guarantee complete or immediate deletion from Cloudflare’s or Google’s backup systems or service records.

Service providers

Cloudflare and Google process information as part of email delivery and storage. Information is therefore shared with these service providers; it is not kept exclusively by the project operator. For provider practices, see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

International processing

Cloudflare and Google may process or store information in countries other than the country where you live as part of providing their services. The applicable arrangements depend on the provider, account and service configuration. This notice does not promise specific storage locations, provider retention periods or transfer safeguards that have not been verified.

Your requests and rights

You can contact the operator for information about the controller, recipients and processing locations, and to ask what personal information is held about you and how it is used, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also raise an objection to processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Applicable legal conditions and exceptions determine the outcome of a request. You may raise a complaint with a competent data protection authority where applicable.

Privacy requests and changes

Contact [email protected] for questions or requests about your personal information. Describe the information or correspondence concerned and the request you want considered. Please avoid including unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information. Material changes to this notice will be identified on this page together with its updated effective date. Before analytics, affiliate links, forms or other new services are activated, this policy must be reviewed and updated to describe the actual processing and any required choices or consent.
